- Full FHA 203k: up to 365k in Rehab/Remodel and can do much more ellaborate work to the home such as adding a living room or attaching a garage. Allows up to 110% of future value appraisal.
- HomeStyle Renovation: up to 200k in renovation funds or 50% of the future value appraisal which ever is less. Preferred program across the board for purchase and refinances. Allows for up to 95% of the future value appraisal.
