- $5,000 or $10,000 or $15,000 for down payment or closing costs
- Interest free, deferred loan with repayment of the full loan amount of 100% to be recaptured by the Brooklyn Park EDA for continued use upon maturity or default of first mortgage, sale of property, refinancing, or vacating the property
