Ben Coulter, a University of St. Thomas graduate and former Financial Planner has been in the mortgage business since 2000. Ben currently lives in St. Louis Park, MN with his wife and two kids. Ben has enjoyed spending time vacationing with his family, going to live music shows, coaching his kids in basekball and of course the Vikings and Timberwolves. In his off time, he is essentially a kid Uber these days :-).  

Ben was fortunate enough to spend several years working with his father, Lon Coulter, in a Hall of Fame team practice with Ameriprise Financial Advisors. At this time he held his Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses. The experience in the equities markets provided Ben with a foundation of financial insight and foresight to help clients achieve their financial goals with their mortgage needs. Ben has been a mortgage consultant to a long list of homebuyers, who eagerly employed him as they grew out of their first home, hunted for their second, and even their third.
