• Single family, townhomes/twinhomes/condos
• $25,000 3% interest rate, interest is paid monthly while principal deferred
• Principal deferred for 30 years or until sale, transfer of title, payment of 1st mortgage, or no longer owner occupied
• Minimum buyer investment of 5%

There are recreational opportunities in Woodbury. The park system features 3,000 acres of dedicated park land, 40 community and neighborhood parks, and a swimming beach. The city's municipal golf course, Eagle Valley, opened in 1998. Woodbury also operates the Bielenberg Sports Center, which houses two indoor ice arenas and a field house with walking/running track. The outdoor complex consists of 18 softball/baseball fields, 18 multipurpose fields, picnic facilities with restrooms, play equipment, a sand volleyball court, and 5 miles of trails that wind throughout the complex.

Woodbury is the home of major employers, such as The Hartford, Assurant, Target.com, Fidelity National Information Systems, EcoWater Systems, Long Term Care Group, and Dean Foods, plus many smaller businesses and retail shopping enterprises. Woodbury is also home to Woodwinds Health Campus, which is anchored by a full-service acute care hospital.
